Software Platform

Manage every robot and warehouse task through one decision layer.

The iWMS and RCS platforms combine warehouse processes, task generation, fleet assignment, traffic, routing and charging management with upstream system integrations.

/ SOFTWARE PLATFORM

From warehouse decisions to robot movement,
one digital backbone.

The Hikrobot software platform is built around iWMS-1000 (Intelligent Warehouse Management System) and RCS-2000 (Robot Control System). While iWMS manages warehouse processes and work orders, RCS builds the map model and executes robot assignment, traffic, routing and charging decisions in real time.

01 / iWMS-1000

Intelligent warehouse management

Manages inventory, locations, orders and task generation according to operational rules, and interlocks with ERP, MES and OMS.

02 / RCS-2000

Robot control system

Builds the map model, dispatches different robot types within a single fleet and prevents traffic conflicts.

03 / INTEGRATION

End-to-end logistics flow

The two systems work together to connect every transfer scenario from warehouse to production without interruption.

/ PLATFORM ARCHITECTURE

iWMS and RCS
in a single architecture.

iWMS-1000 interlocks seamlessly with the upper-level system to run intelligent warehouse management at high efficiency and low cost. RCS-2000 is used to build the map model and dispatch different robots. The two systems work together to establish connectivity throughout the logistics process and link transfer scenarios to one another.

Intelligent Warehouse
Management System.

Based on the goods-to-person concept, iWMS can schedule every mobile robot through RCS and interlock with ERP, MES and OMS systems to deliver an integrated warehousing logistics solution.

  • Inventory and ordersStock queries, counting, order management and reporting are gathered in one interface.
  • StrategyRack layout, inbound/outbound and picking strategies are defined by business rules.
  • Upstream systemsTwo-way data exchange with ERP, MES and OMS is established through standard interfaces.

Robot Control
System.

RCS is responsible for task scheduling, robot dispatching, operation and maintenance management. Based on various scheduling algorithms it performs optimum task allocation, multi-robot path planning and traffic management. Scheduling several robot types to work together targets maximum efficiency in different scenarios.

  • Task schedulingOptimum task allocation and multi-robot path planning are executed algorithmically.
  • Traffic managementDifferent robot types sharing the same route are managed without conflict.
  • Operation and maintenanceMap model, device management and alarm tracking are handled from a single console.
/ PLATFORM CAPABILITIES

From storage type
to AI-based dispatching.

iWMS-1000 and RCS-2000 manage different storage types and robot families within one system, planning the logistics flow end to end.

Warehouse layout combining multiple storage types in a single system
01

Multiple storage types, single system

High-rack areas, manual storage zones, LMR and CTU areas and similar layouts are managed within one system, reducing operating cost.

02

Multi-type robot dispatching

RCS controls different robot types and lets them share the same route; together with iWMS it schedules clusters of hundreds of robots.

Goods-to-person flow

Order lines are matched at material, bin and rack level; the right rack is brought to the picking station to complete G2P tasks.

AI-based dispatching

Data mining predicts when tasks will be created and positions idle robots at the task point in advance; queueing strategy is tuned to picking time.
